Exchange Policy
• Unstitched fabric (unused, with tags): 7-day exchange.
• Cut fabric / stitched items: No exchange.
• Shipping charges for exchange: Customer's responsibility.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Quality Assurance
All fabrics undergo quality checks before shipping. In case of defect, please report within 48 hours of delivery.
